ARTIST'S DINNER
AN EXCLUSIVE ART & GASTRONOMY EXPERIENCE IN MALLORCA
An Unforgettable Sensory Immersion
In the heart of Palma, Ann Wikström Mogliani’s Art House invites you to discover an exclusive event where art and haute cuisine converge in a one-of-a-kind experience. Artists Dinners are intimate gatherings for a maximum of 10 guests, where a renowned artist and a prestigious chef join their talents to create an unforgettable evening.
Art and Gastronomy in Perfect Harmony
Each edition of Artists Dinners features a distinguished artist and chef who, within the elegant setting of a Mallorcan-style home in Palma’s historic center, blend their creative worlds. The result is a refined four-course tasting menu inspired by the artist’s work. The experience is enriched by close conversations between guests, hosts, and creators about art, creativity, and cuisine.
Authentic Flavors of Mallorca
The Artists Dinners at Art House also offer a unique opportunity to savor the island’s genuine flavors. Guest chefs carefully select local, high-quality ingredients, perfectly paired with wines from Mallorcan wineries, providing a true gastronomic journey through Mallorca.

First Edition: "Hope"
María Isabel Ballester & Marta Roselló
The Artist: María Isabel Ballester
Argentine-born sculptor María Isabel Ballester moved to Palma de Mallorca at the age of 18, her father’s hometown. For over four decades, she has dedicated herself to sculpture, exploring a deeply sentimental and evocative expression. Her work Hope, currently exhibited at Can Salas Gallery, reflects on hope in times of uncertainty and pain. Through her sculptures, she invites viewers to connect with essential emotions such as love, unity and hope.
The Chef: Marta Roselló
Mallorcan chef Marta Roselló, owner of Sal de Cocó restaurant in Colònia de Sant Jordi, grew up surrounded by the scents of the sea and her family’s culinary traditions. Inspired by her mother and grandmother, she has crafted a cuisine that pays tribute to the Mediterranean, using local ingredients and promoting sustainability. For this edition of Artists Dinners, she has designed a menu based on memory and tradition, where each dish embodies the essence of hope and the connection to our roots.
