ARTIST'S DINNER
AN EXCLUSIVE ART & GASTRONOMY EXPERIENCE IN MALLORCA
An Unforgettable Sensory Immersion
In the heart of Palma, Ann Wikström Mogliani’s Art House invites you to
discover an exclusive event where art and haute cuisine converge in a one-of-a-kind experience. Artist’s Dinners are intimate gatherings for a maximum of 10 guests, where two visionary artists and a renowned chef join their talents to
create an unforgettable evening.
Art and Gastronomy in Perfect Harmony
Each edition of Artist’s Dinners features a unique dialogue between the visual and culinary arts. In this special event, sculptor María Isabel Ballester and artist Blaise Reutersward join Sicilian chef Salvatore Cetino to craft a shared space of memory, emotion and beauty. Sculpture, painting and cuisine converge, refined but provocative, grounded in personal stories yet open to deeper reflection.
Authentic Flavors of Mallorca
Held at Cansalas Gallery & Art House, the dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience art through all senses. Let yourself be transported by the flavors,
textures, and stories behind each carefully selected local, high-quality ingredient, reimagined with contemporary spirit and ancestral depth.

First Edition: "Hope"
María Isabel Ballester & Marta Roselló
Sculptor María Isabel Ballester
Argentine-born sculptor María Isabel Ballester moved to Palma de Mallorca at the age of 18, her father’s hometown. For over four decades, she has dedicated herself to sculpture, exploring a deeply sentimental and evocative expression. Her work Hope, currently exhibited at Cansalas Gallery, reflects on hope in
times of uncertainty and pain. Through her sculptures, she invites viewers to connect with essential emotions such as love, unity and hope.
Artist Blaise Reutersward
Blaise Reutersward is an artist whose raw, poetic work explores masculinity, vulnerability, and the quiet tension of modern identity. With a celebrated career in fashion photography, including Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, Blaise brings a
unique sensitivity and visual depth to his canvases.
Influenced by music, memory, and introspection, his emotionally charged works often reflect the decay and complexity of male identity. Now based in Mallorca, he paints to the rhythm of reflection, awkwardness, and truth.
Chef Salvatore Cetino
Sicilian-born chef Salvatore Cetino, soul of Pomelia Sea Lab in Palma, transforms every dinner into a sensory journey. His raw material is the sea, wild, vibrant, and delicate. Working with fish as a sculptor would with marble, he brings forgotten textures and bold flavors to life. His dishes blend Sicilian tradition with contemporary creativity. For Artist’s Dinners, Cetino crafts a menu rooted in memory and emotion, where each course is a story, a poem, and an invitation to taste differently.
